Liloo is a passionate yoga teacher who teaches Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Power Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. She is based in Greenwich, London.
Liloo likes to create fluid sequences of mindful movement. She gives great attention to her students, mindful of all body types, shapes, abilities and disabilities and suitable to all levels.
She aims to empower her students finding their may through movement in their own bodies, exploring their own range of motion respectfully of their abilities and limitations.
She has a strong interest for anatomy, physiology, active mobility and considers yoga as a powerful tool to heal, soothe and prevent all sorts of pains and health issues alongside the incredible mental benefits.
Her experience as a patient with long term diseases and illnesses makes her particularly aware of the body language, enhancing a high level of empathy. Thus, it motivates even more her caring approach as a yoga teacher.
She also loves sharing her knowledge and experience on natural remedies and conscious living, working with professionals in complementary healthcare.
Liloo teaches group classes in an osteopaths clinic, yoga studios and gyms and also teaches private and corporate sessions.
Yoga Teacher Trainings
Liloo is part of YogaLondon’s teaching team as a Yoga Teacher Trainer on the 200YTT. Teaching on the 200hr yoga teacher trainings includes teaching the asana classes (set sequence and creative flows), pranayama, pose analysis, teaching methodology, philosophy, meditation, theory and business lectures. YogaLondon is a non-dogmatic school, encouraging trainees to find their own authentic style whilst still respecting the yoga tradition, find out more here.
