Hello you! I’m so happy you made it here!
My name is Liloo! I am a 500RYT yoga teacher based in Greenwich - London, a doula, a graphic designer and first and foremost, yoga student. I am also a mother and a wife. I’m here to help you find that body/mind connection and feel good energy. I’m eager to share with you that yoga magic everyone’s talking about as it completely rocked my world, body and soul! Yoga has helped me overcome serious health issues and gave me a quality of life I had given up on! Yep, it is that good!

Online Classes
For the time being and following Covid-19 lockdown, I am not currently teaching in-person classes. But online classes are still up and running via Zoom. Classes are on a sliding scale payment scheme “Pay what you can” with a suggested amount of £8 per person and per class.
